           Leren om contact te maken met je intuïtie
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Intuïtie is een ingeving, een vorm van direct weten, zonder dat dit beredeneerd is. Intuïtie betekent letterlijk in het Latijn ‘innerlijk weten’.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Intuïtie wordt vaak omschreven als iets weten zonder er over na te denken.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Intuïtie wordt ook vaak gezien als het zesde zintuig, een onverklaarbaar gevoel wat je aangeeft of je iets wel of niet moet doen.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Iedereen heeft intuïtie, en wanneer je ernaar luistert zal je versteld staan van wat je diep van binnen weet.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Luisteren naar je gevoel is de laatste jaren niet meer iets ‘vaags’ dat niet te onderbouwen is met argumenten. Gelukkig wordt intuïtie steeds meer gezien als een bron van zinnige informatie en een onmisbare aanvulling op je rationele denken, ook door wetenschappers en nuchtere denkers.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Nu is het af en toe best wel lastig om te weten of iets nu intuïtie is, of dat een eerdere ervaring of angst voor bijv het onbekende en het vasthouden aan het vertrouwde je in de weg zit.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Je kunt jezelf trainen met behulp van verschillende oefeningen om de connectie met je intuïtie te verbeteren.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Een hele fijne oefening hiervoor is de “Ja/Nee oefening”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Hierbij leer je je lichaam heel bewust te worden hoe en waar je een ja voelt en welke sensaties daarbij horen en hoe en waar je een nee in je lichaam voelt.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dit kan je helpen bij het nemen van de juiste beslissingen.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Wat is een circulaire ademhaling?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Circulaire ademhaling of de verbondenademhaling houdt in: bewust diep ademhalen zonder tussendoor te pauzeren.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Er zijn diverse manieren waarop dit gebruikt wordt. Zo is het vaak zo dat deze circulaire ademhaling vaak gebruikt wordt bij ademsessies en ademcirkels.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Tijdens deze ademsessies is de instructie vaak dat je focust op de inademing en de uitademing gewoon loslaat .
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h2&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Instructie
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Deze korte oefening is wat anders. Bij deze ademhaling ademen we 7 seconden in en 7 seconden uit.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dit herhalen we 7 keer.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Deze korte oefening zorgt ervoor dat je weer even bij jezelf komt, het helpt je rustig en kalm te worden. Ook zul je merken dat je meer gefocust bent.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Deze oefening activeert ook je 7 energie centra, je chakra’s.

           En wat ik fijn vind, is dat je deze overal even tussendoor kunt doen!

            Systematische ontspanningstechniek voor onmiddellijke rust.

            Deze korte en zeer eenvoudige ontspanningstechniek heb ik geleerd tijdens een van de hypnotherapiecursussen die ik volgde. Deze techniek heb ik geleerd van Paul Mckenna, een van de meest bekende hypnotherapeuten van dit moment.
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            Het is zo gemakkelijk dat je, nadat je de instructies eenmaal hebt opgevolgd, het gewoon zelf kunt doen op die momenten dat je een korte minipauze nodig hebt om tot jezelf te komen.
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

            Deze oefening werkt erg goed als je je nerveus voelt, of wanneer je je overweldigd of zelfs boos voelt.
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Het brengt je heel snel van een (hoge) bèta-hersengolftoestand naar een meer ontspannen alfastaat.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
           Deze  bewezen ontspanningstechniek heb ik geïntegreerd in de Radiant

            Gebruik je meest comfortabele, ontspannen stem, alsof je jezelf een verhaaltje voor het slapengaan vertelt.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

            Blijf met dit gevoel zo lang als je wilt.

           I am Jeanette, physical therapist, yoga teacher and currently a student in the master "Physical Activity and Health". In my work as a physiotherapist, I try to combine classical physiotherapy with yoga. Through my Yin/Yang Teacher Training I can incorporate different styles into the therapy and I see great results with the patients. I would like to pursue this idea in my work, that I create the connection between yoga and therapy to make yoga accessible to people who think they don't have access.

           I have noticed very strong changes in myself through Yoga Nidra. The peace, the balance that I take with me into everyday life, since I regularly practice Yoga Nidra I would like to share. Yoga Nidra is a really powerful tool that can help many people. I have experienced this myself and would like to give this gift to others.

           I got to know Yoga Nidra during the Teacher Training with Ilse and Jane (200h TTC). Before that I had only heard about this kind of yoga but never really tried it. It caught me right away and I was sure that I would like to integrate it into my daily life and later share it with my patients. I have a very high opinion of Ilse's skills and her way of teaching, so there was no doubt for me to do the teacher training with her.

           Ilse is a very warm and empathetic person. At any time you have the feeling that you are completely in the right place and just want to soak up everything she teaches. She teaches with a lot of calmness and the content is super transferred. Her content is a good mix between spirituality and down-to-earth yoga to be able to live it in everyday life and still feel the full potential of these techniques. Even the online format, did not lower the quality in any way.

           The course was structured very well. Every week the focus changed and there was an absolute balance between the theoretical and the practical. For me, especially the structure of writing yoga nidras was very helpful to have a framework in which you can fully develop your creativity. This part came more towards the end of the course, so by then you completely understand the purpose of each phase of Yoga Nidra. That was really great!

           I started writing yoga nidras right after the course for people I had a little background knowledge but also general Yoga Nidras for the course I give at the university. I came out of the course feeling very confident and happy to be able to teach yoga nidra. At the same time, I personally had great experiences with Yoga Nidra, which raised my own practice to another level.

           I really love Ilse and the way she teaches, she’s very friendly and very supportive. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge to share. All the information in the course is clear, she makes sure to recap and repeat anything important and her Yoga Nidras are magical.

           I was pleasantly surprise by the amount of information there is in the course. As well as Yoga Nidra there are a lot of breathwork techniques, mindfulness exercises, a few energy tools and mantra practices too! I also liked that it went really deep into the spiritual background Yoga Nidra comes from, but there is also a lot a science and recent research on the benefits of Yoga Nidra.
