The practice of Yoga Nidra is as old as the practice of Yoga itself.
Yoga Nidra goes back thousands of years and can be found in the wisdom teachings of the Upanishads, classical yoga and in the Tantric tradition.
Over the years, Ilse Sobering has studied, experienced and taught different forms of Yoga Nidra.
Ilse has been inspired by the more traditional and modern schools of Yoga Nidra.
Ilse studied the traditional Yoga Nidra teachings of Swami Rama & Swami Satyananda and Richard Miller's more modern schools of iRest and the Amrit (I am) method.
Ilse-Marie has compiled the RadiantPeace ™ method based on her own experience, research and feedback from her students.
The RadiantPeace™ method is a combination of the existing powerful traditional Yoga Nidra methods, but applied in a modern, down-to-earth approach.
